It’s not even August yet, and last night I heard a cricket. Actually, I thought I heard one in June, but I convinced myself I didn’t. In some cultures, a cricket in the house brings lucky. I always get crickets in my apartment during the latter part of summer, which is when they usually make an appearance, but I don’t think they’ve brought me any luck. What’s really strange, is when I hear them in my bathtub drain. Why are you even in the pipe? You aren’t gonna meet your mate down there. 😂🤣
