July 2024 Free eBooks – 16th to 31st

This is my view while sitting at my table on the patio.  I love it as it blocks me from other people’s view as they’re strolling by.  People have been startled when they realize I’m there.  LOL.

The apartment complex I live in has been slowly decaying over the past 13 years.  The siding needs cleaned, there are a LOT of bare spots showing through the painted portions on the buildings.  It started looking like a slum lord owned the place.  They’ve even had issues getting renters as people look at the outside and go, NOPE.  If you don’t take care of the outside, what do you do for your tenants.

Well, the owners finally broke down and they are residing and painting the whole complex.  YAY!  Which means all my lovely flowers and tables will have to come inside when they get to my building.  Though, as extensive as the repairs have been, it might not be until fall.  Still, I’m looking forward to a fresh looking complex.
