I was walking home from Wal-Mart a few weekends ago, with the wind pushing me along, and it looked like it was raining leaves. I wanted to take a video but my phone was buried in my purse and I didn’t want to mess with it.

I hate Fall because it means nasty Ole Winter is just around the corner. Still, I love the sights and smells of Fall. Which was also my favorite time of the year for camping.

Seeing leaves scuttling across the ground always reminds me of Bob. We used to have a membership on a private lake, and one early October morning we were trolling around, fishing for crappie, when the wind blew some leaves off the bank and across the water. That was years ago but it is still fresh in my mind. I miss him very much. Oh well. Such is life.

Now that I’ve depressed you, LOL, have a wonderful start for November.
