WEEKLY USEFUL WRITER STUFF #5
In the US, today is Memorial Day. This is the day we give thanks and remember the men and women who fought and died for our country and freedoms. I had an uncle who died during Vietnam. My dad survied the Korean conflict, which looks like we’re heading into, again. Bob, my husband, served in Nam. Both were changed by the carnage and bloodshed they inflicted. War is such a nasty business. Anyway, Thank You for everyone who has given the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
